Hello everyone,
It's been a while since we did one of these, well actually it was august when we let you all know that Nat was going full time and some of the exciting autumn treats we had created for you all. I've not left it out of choice its just been because you amazing people have kept us so busy with all your amazing orders, which we cannot thank you enough for.
So here we are that random week between Christmas and new year where no one knows what day it is, time or anything (personally my favourite time of the year), but we do hope you've all had an amazing Christmas and enjoyed your cocoa drop goodies. Before we launch into the new year this evening and what will hopefully be a better one for all of us we just wanted to take a little time to reflect back on this year and call out some of the highlights we've had and just say thank you to each and everyone of you who has bought, shared our posts, stories, tagged us, shared us with your friends, families and colleagues as without this we wouldn't be where we are and be able to keep pushing forward.
What can we say about this year other than WOW!! From lockdowns and moving back online, to getting back to stalls / markets, to meeting new faces and having a laugh with the old, and having the cocoa droplets back at markets with us, we've had it all this year! Then with our stockists, white labels and the beautiful brides and grooms who we've worked with its been truly amazing, and to top it off being awarded Yorkshire chocolatier of the year was the icing on the cake.
I could go on and on, but, I thought I'd just pop up a little collage of pictures as words cannot express how grateful and humbled we are.
Its been amazing to get back to doing our chocolate parties, kids parties and chocolate workshops which have been so popular and this last year we also tried a new event with the woodman pub in Swinton where we did a chocolate and fizz night which was a great success and we are currently planning a special edition one for valentines day as well so watch this space.
There are so many thanks we always want to give especially to you our fab customers and supporters but also to the amazing venues and organisers we've met this year and are looking forward to trading with again in 2022 and boy do we have some exciting things planned for 2022.
That said onto 2022, and this is normally the part where we say new year new me, or these are the new year promises we are going to make, but here at cocoa drop we aren't In for all that, we are sticking to what we do best which is amazing taste and flavour made with the finest Belgium chocolate and handmade love.
We are planning some amazing things this year including some exciting new flavours, limited edition flavours like our seasonal treats, our sharing chocolate platters and some new gift packs to tempt you all, but we are also excited to be bringing in our kids parties as well this year too!
For now thank you all once again and we wish you all a happy new year from our family to yours and we wish you all the good health and luck for the new year ahead.
