By using this website https://www.cocoadrop.co.uk you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. These terms affect your legal rights, responsibilities and liabilities. Please read these very carefully.
If you choose to set up an account (not mandatory) you will be able to log in to view your ‘account’ and previous orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct. It is against the law to use false information when making any purchase online. Cocoa Drop will not be held responsible for incorrect address information leading to missing parcels. Please check all your details thoroughly.
You may purchase without the need to set up an account. The purchase will not be considered as complete until you receive an order confirmation via email. If any problems occur relating to your order (e.g. insufficient stock) you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
When setting up an account or making a purchase with Cocoa Drop you will be asked to provide an email address. This email address must be correct. By providing this email address you consent for it to be used as a means of contacting you (e.g. order confirmation). You also agree that this means of contact serves as notice in writing, thereby satisfying any relevant legal requirements. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder and that your email address is correct as Cocoa Drop will not be held responsible for any emails that do not reach your inbox.
Cocoa Drop makes every effort to keep prices the same however varying outside factors may demand prices to change (e.g. ingredients cost increases). Cocoa Drop reserves the right to change the price of any or all products at any time.
Products will never be sent out until full payment has been made through the website via PayPal or by card payment via Stripe. Cocoa Drop reserves the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund for any reason.
All completed orders will be dispatched within 10-14 working days via Royal Mail or courier with the postal service you have chosen at checkout. Please be aware that these delivery times are an estimate and various things may effect this.
COVID-19 UPDATE* Royal Mail are currently experiencing some delays.
Once dispatched the product is no longer the responsibility of Cocoa Drop therefore Cocoa Drop will not be at fault if your item is delivered late/ past best before date. All items are sent fresh.
If you choose local hand delivery or collection, your order is still subject to a 10 day make period and you will be contacted when it is ready to arrange delivery or collection.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery as packages will not fit through the letterbox. Please ensure you will either be in,or have made suitable arrangements. Cocoa Drop will not be held responsible for parcels being returned, lost or held if you are not available on delivery.
This website and all its contents are the sole property of Cocoa Drop. You are not authorised to use any of this site’s content for any reason. If you wish to use any content from this website you must first obtain written confirmation from Cocoa Drop.
